Hydraulic Engineer

A hydraulic engineer is an engineer who studies water's effect on the environment. Their duties include researches things such as floods and rainwater and their effects on the Earth. They determine how rivers, oceans and underground forms of water may affect everyday life, and to make sure it doesn't disrupt it too much by designing dams and bridges. To assist project engineers in developing and carrying out projects to improve and maintain the city's water supply, improve storm drainage system, handle waste disposal, and reduce flooding.
