Front Office Manager

Responsible for organizing, planning, directing and controlling of the Front Office Reception / Cashiers, Reservations, Concierge and Recruitment and discharge of staff in conjunction with the Rooms Division Manager. Control payroll costs, ensuring sufficient coverage at any given time. Administer to all employees, the company Policies and Procedures pertaining to hotel regulations and standards .In the hotel industry, the front office welcomes guests to the accommodation section: meeting and greeting them, taking and organizing reservations, allocating check in and out of rooms, organizing porter service, issuing keys and other security arrangements, passing on messages to customers and settling the accounts.
